In an unprecedented move, the Kerala government today published on its official website the Vigilance chargesheet against suspended IAS officer T O Sooraj, who has been accused of amassing assets disprorportionate to his known sources of income.
The chargesheet published in the government Public Relations Department website said it was prima facie found that Sooraj has committed an offence under Section 13(1)(e), read with 13(2) under Prevention of Corruption Act and hence the charges had been framed.
He was suspended when he was holding the charge of secretary in Public Works Department in November 2014.
