Troubled star Charlie Sheen is happy that his twin boys were taken away from the custody of their biological mother Brooke Mueller and were handed over to his ex-wife Denise Richards.

"Charlie supports the actions of the Department of Children and Family Services. He knows Max and Bob are safe and in a stable, loving environment with Denise and the boys' sisters," his representative said.
