Troubled actor Charlie Sheen's fiance Brett Rossi is still legally married to another man.
The 48-year-old 'Anger Management' actor, who proposed to the adult movie star is well aware that Rossi is yet to finalise her divorce from her husband, reported People magazine.
"She's been separated from this guy for two years. It's just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system... Charlie and Scottie (Rossi's nickname) have no secrets," Sheen's representative, Jeff Ballard said.
The actor sparked dating rumours with Rossi after he was spotted kissing the adult film star during a Thanksgiving vacation last year.
Sheen has been married thrice before and has five children.
