Estranged couple Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin sons are reportedly set to move back into their mother's house six months after they were removed from her care by the LA County Department of Child and Family Services.

Brooke's brother Scott Mueller was allegedly awarded temporary guardianship of the four-year-old boys, Bob and Max, on November 8. Prior to that, the kids were under the care of Sheen's second ex-wife, Denise Richards, reported TMZ.

Richards, 42, is said to have told officials recently that she could no longer handle the twins because they were "violent" and a danger to her daughters.

The judge, who granted guardianship to Scott, felt it was important for the boys to continue their education at the school they've been attending up to this point.
