Former "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen has an outstanding balance of USD 287,879.28 on his Platinum American Express card and the company has taken legal action against him.

The 50-year-old actor should have paid his bill by March 12 and has incurred late fees of USD 8,357.69, reported Female First.

Blaming the situation on a former business manager, he said, "If I was AMEX, I'd be suing me too!!"

This is the latest financial issue for Sheen, who has filed documents asking to have his USD 55,000 a month child support payments to both of his ex-wives drastically reduced as his wealth isn't what it once was.
