The body of a domestic help was recovered today from the house of her employers at the Tantigeria area of Midnapore town, the police said.
The body was Padma Murmu (20), a resident of Moupal area of Salboni, who worked as a domestic help in the house of one Saroj Khan of Tantigeria area, was found on the terrace of her employers' house, the police said adding, the body had severe burn injury marks.
"We have arrested Saroj Khan and another member of the family, Samir Khan, in connection with the death of Padma Murmu. Investigations are on and the body has been sent for post mortem," a senior police officer said.
