"The entire procedure was completed in a single day and Joshi acquired the certificate of his election too which enabled him to fight for the post of RCA president," Chauhan claimed in his complaint. After hearing, the Court has ordered to register a case against C.P. Joshi five other persons and also ordered the ACB to submit the investigation report to the court.
