Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has sparked dating rumours with French businessman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
Believed to have been dating for a month, the couple were spotted together at the Cannes Film Festival celebrations, reported Daily Mirror.
The businessman's luxurious Cosy Box restaurant is reportedly the place where the pair made their coupling public during the Cannes Film Festival.
The restaurant shared a black and white picture of the party.
"Gorgeous. Lady Cole at Cosy Box. Amazing. Stunning. parting," the picture was captioned.
Since splitting from Ashley Cole in 2010, the 'X Factor' judge had a brief romance with dancers Derek Hough and Tre Holloway.
