Lakhs of people in Jharkhand today paid obeisance to the rising Sun, culminating the four-day Chhath festival.
It was an awe-inspiring sight along the 200 km Damodar river as devotees paid 'Arghya' to the rising Sun after paying obeisance to the setting Sun yesterday.
Devotees also thronged along the banks of other rivers, lakes and water bodies to offer the 'Arghya'.
