Chhattisgarh Chief Minister
Raman Singh today met his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao here and discussed a power agreement finalised by the two States.
They decided to continue work on laying the lines for transfer of electricity from Chhattisgarh to Telangana as per the agreement reached between the two States, a release by Telangana Government said.

Rao had visited Raipur earlier and met Singh. During the visit, an agreement was finalised on supply of electricity from Chhattisgarh to power-starved Telangana.
Singh appreciated Rao's efforts for having overcome the power scarcity situation in the new State, the release said.
