The incident took place on NH-30 near Ghodagaon village under Kondagaon police station limits this evening, Kondagaon Additional Superintendent of Police Surjit Atri told PTI.

The victims were identified as Joint Director of Animal Husbandry Department, Bastar Division, Bhanu Kawde (45), his wife Meena (38), their son Shanu (5) and Bhanu's mother Ahilya (75).
