Chidambaram will speak on 'India's National Security - Challenges and Priorities' during the lecture at the Institute for Defence Studies & Analysis (IDSA) here.
"Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram will deliver the annual K. Subrahmanyam Memorial Lecture on Wednesday 6th February," Sanjaya Baru, former Media Adviser to the Prime Minister, said in a press release.
The lecture is being organised by the Subbu Forum and IDSA.
