This was the first meeting of Goel with the Governor after recently assuming charge as Chief Justice of Guwahati High Court.
The Governor discussed strengthening of the judicial system at district and sub divisional courts in the state besides creation of additional infrastructure for the high court bench at Naharlagun during the meeting, official sources said.
Singh also discussed the traditional justice system of Arunachal Pradesh with Goel.
During the meeting, they also discussed the importance of dams and projects for growth and development of the state, the sources added.
