Children from the remote area of Drass in Jammu & Kashmir today got an opportunity to meet IPL team Kings XI Punjab's cricketers here.

The meeting between the children and the cricket stars was made possible as KXIP joined hands with the Army, who brought the group of children here under the latter's 'Operation Sadbhavana' initiative.

"The students got an opportunity to meet their favourite cricketing stars like Azhar Mahmood, Mandeep Singh, Manpreet Gony, Manan Vohra, Bipul Sharma and Michael Nesser," a press release issued by KXIP, said.

Kings XI Punjab will also host these students to watch the IPL matches to be played on May 11 and May 16, at Mohali and Dharamsala, respectively, it added.
