Delhi residents experienced a chilly day today with icy winds sweeping across the city and the mercury settling just below the season's average.
The day temperature was recorded two notches below the normal at 19.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled three notches below the season's average at 6.2 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded as 4.8 degrees Celsius.

Visibility improved significantly as the day progressed and was recorded 4,000 meters at 2.30 PM as compared 1,000 meters at 8.30 AM.
The humidity oscillated between 91 and 32 per cent.
The MeT has predicted clear skies for tomorrow.
"The skies will be mainly clear. There will be shallow or moderate fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 19 and 6 degrees respectively," said the MeT forecast.
