Chinese police have launched a massive manhunt for a man suspected to have played a key role in the Monday's explosion at a gambling den in a southwestern province that left at least 15 people dead.
A 35-year-old man surnamed Wu was put on a nationwide wanted list over his suspected involvement in the blast in Guizhou Province, provincial police said.
Wu, a resident of Shibing County in the province, had a history of drug abuse, police were quoted as saying by state news agency Xinhua.

Fifteen people were killed and eight others injured in the blast in Laoshan Village of Kaili City.
Earlier, police had detained eight suspects for questioning.
Meanwhile, Guizhou police have launched a special drive to combat illegal gambling.
Police raided 140 gambling sites and captured over 1,600 suspects in the last two days, reports said.
