A Chinese armless man was fined USD 80 for driving without a license after police spotted him steering his car with his feet.
The 45-year-old Guo from Hubei Province was on his way to Chongqing from Shanghai with his friend when police caught him yesterday at a service station on a highway, Shanghai Daily reported.
The man used his left foot to control the steering wheel and changed gears with his right foot.
