The 36-year-old actress will be co-hosting IIFA Rocks, a musical and fashion event on the night before the awards ceremony, alongwith "Vicky Donor" star Ayushmann Khurana.

"This is the first time I am going to be anchoring a show. I have just met Ayushmann so we are still working on the chemistry. He has hosted many shows so he is going to take care of the slip-ups," said Chitrangada.

VJ-turned actor Ayushmann said, "This is going to be my first time at IIFA. I have hosted many shows before but IIFA is the biggest of all. I'm going to keep it spontaneous. I might also sing."

IIFA Rocks this year will include performances by Mika Singh and composer duo Vishal-Shekhar. Singers Usha Uthup, Hariharan and composer Leslie Lewis are going to perform to celebrate Indian Cinema completing 100 years.

Sonu Sood starrer cop drama "Maximum" will also be premiered at the IIFA Rocks. The film, directed by Kabeer Kaushik, also stars Neha Dhupia and Naseeruddin Shah. It is based on the police encounters in Mumbai.

"Last year I got an award for Dabangg at IIFA and this year my film is being screened there. I have always wanted a big platform for 'Maximum' and I am grateful to IIFA for taking the film to a global audience," said Sonu.

The event will also have fashion show with designers Varun Bahl, Suneet Verma and Masaba putting their collections on display.

Verma's collection titled 'The Eternal Lightness of Being, to Love, to Hold, to Kiss' will be presented in association with Gitanjali Jewels, while Masaba has designed a special glamorous collection just for IIFA.

The IIFA weekend is being held at Singapore this time from June 7 to 9.
