Brown, 23, shared his weed escapades when coming to Netherlands as part of his tour, reported Ace Showbiz.
"Oh Amsterdam! you all are treating me so well! I'm sorry to everyone who got offended to my weed pics. I apologise but if you all don't like it then don't do it. It's simple," he posted on Twitter.
Brown has recently activated his Twitter account, which he deleted few days ago after his spat with comedian Jenny Johnson.
"Time to start fresh. New chapter," he posted.
