The couple, who were present at the club with friends and bodyguard, were injured when the member of hip-hop star's entourage turned into a bottle-hurling brawl with Brown, reported People magazine.
Brown even posted a photo of himself with a cut chin on micro-blogging site Twitter, which he later deleted.
"They were victims of a brutal attack last night at W.I.P. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with New York authorities who are pursuing this incident further," said Brown's representative.
Drake's representative has denied his involvement in the alleged incident.
"Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.I.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to a person or damage to property," said Drake's representative.
