Musician Chris Martin is yet to respond to Gwyneth Paltow's divorce petition.
According to legal documents, the Coldplay frontman has failed to respond to Gwyneth's separation papers which could lead to her being eligible for a default judgement, meaning the 43-year-old actress would be granted what she has asked for in her petition with Martin, 38, having no right to a counter claim, reported TMZ.
It is known her petition asks for joint custody of their two children, daughter Apple, 11, and nine-year-old son Moses.
Paltrow filed for divorce in April 2015, and Martin was served with the legal documents in May 2015, with the case remaining dormant since then.
Business managers for the actress and Martin have been privately hashing out a settlement, focusing on their extensive financial assets.
