Christina Hendricks and John Slattery are re-teaming with "Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner as the cast members of the writer-director's upcoming Amazon anthology series "The Romanoffs".
Isabelle Huppert, who was nominated for the best actress Oscar this year for her French film "Elle", has also come on board the series, reported Deadline.
The new show will consist of eight hour long episodes, each of which will tell a standalone story with no recurring plot elements or actors.
Created, written and directed and executive produced by Weiner, "The Romanoffs" is set around the globe featuring separate stories about people who believe themselves to be descendants of the Russian royal family.
