Following is the chronology of events that took place in the case of a purported midnight raid involving AAP MLA Somnath Bharti in which the Delhi Police today filed a supplementary charge sheet and a fresh complaint against him:
* Jan 15-16, 2014: Somnath Bharti-led group allegedly roughs up several African women between 1 AM and 3 AM at Khirki Extension accusing them of being involved in prostitution.
* Jan 19: A Delhi court orders lodging of FIR against unknown persons in connection with the incident.

* Nov 3: A magistrate recuses from hearing Bharti's midnight raid case after his counsel's uses "unparliamentary language".
* Nov 5: Another magistrate refuses to hear Bharti's case after his counsel played an audio device without permission.
* Nov 10: Court dismisses Bharti's plea seeking lodging of an FIR against unnamed police personnel.
* Jan 16, 2015: Court issues notice to DCP and gives last chance to investigating officer (IO) to get prosecution sanction against Bharti.
* Mar 27: Police tells court that it is seeking prosecution sanction from competent authority on a priority basis against Bharti.
* Aug 4: Lt Governor Najeeb Jung gives nod to prosecute Bharti in connection with alleged misbehaviour with African women.
* Sep 24: Delhi Government sanctions Bharti's prosecution for alleged involvement in the midnight raid.
* Oct 3: Police files supplementary charge sheet against Bharti and a fresh complaint on obstructing public servants in discharging their duty.
