CIDCO signs MoU with Chinese firm CFLD

Navi Mumbai planning authority CIDCO has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chinese firm China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) to assist it in creating infrastructure in the state.

"The City & Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) and CFLD have signed an MoU to create a strategic cooperation relationship in order to better promote the economic and urban development of Maharashtra," CIDCO Managing Director Bhushan Gagrani said at the MoU signing event here today.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who was also present on the occasion, said, "Through this MoU, both CIDCO and CFLD have agreed to explore the prospects of developing modern, ecological and favourable living and business environments, which will result in harmonious growth between the city, industries and the citizens."
 

CFLD will leverage its large experience of comprehensive urban planning and industrial promotion systems to develop the infrastructure in CIDCO's area of operations.
