Cipla inks marketing pact with Serum Institute for flu vaccine

Drug firm Cipla has signed an exclusive pact with vaccine major Serum Institute of India to market flu vaccine, Nasovac-S, in the country.

"The company has signed an agreement with Serum Institute of India Ltd (SII) -- a global leader in the production of vaccines -- to exclusively market flu vaccine Nasovac-S in India," Cipla said in a statement.

Steel Strips bags Rs 110-crore order from Hyundai India * Steel Strips Wheels has bagged an order worth Rs 110 crore from Hyundai India to supply around 20 lakh wheels over a period of five years.

The order is for cars that would be sold in domestic as well as export markets, Steel Strips Wheels Ltd (SSWL) said in a filing to the BSE.

Power Min appoints Jayant Kumar as Director (Fin) in NHPC * The Power Ministry has appointed Jayant Kumar as Director (Finance) of state-run NHPC for almost two years till his retirement on February 28, 2017.

"The Ministry of Power has appointed Jayant Kumar to the post of Director (Finance) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post till the date of superannuation i.E. February 28, 2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier," NHPC said in a filing to the BSE.
