Chief Justice of India H L Dattu today said he is "not upset" about the abolition of the collegium system of judges appointing judges.
However, he said the collegium system will continue till the National Judicial Appointments Commission is put in place.
"I am not upset that our power has been taken away," he told reporters.
The President has already given his assent to the Constituion amendment Bill and the NJAC Bill that will usher in the new system.
