Claire Foy, popularly known for playing Queen Elizabeth on Netflix's "The Crown", is set to star in a sequel to "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo".
The actor will step into the role previously portrayed by Rooney Mara and Noomi Rapace, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Foy will be seen in the lead role of Lisbeth Salander in the upcoming follow-up, titled "The Girl in the Spider's Web", based on the fourth installment in the Millennium series.

The film will be helmed by "Don't Breathe" director Fede Alvarez.
Production is set to begin in January in Berlin and Stockholm with a release date of October 19, 2018.
