Rajasthan Home Minister Gulabchand Kataria today directed officials to clear cases pending with the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) here by March next year.
Kataria, while chairing a meeting, said the cases which have been pending since 2014 should be disposed off by March 2016 and also directed officials to form a committee to look into the issue of determining seniority of the laboratory experts.
He also instructed the officials to fill vacant posts and take services of experts of SMS hospital and Rajasthan University for operating polygraph machines.

Additional Chief Secretary A Mukhopadhyay said testing of pending cases may also be conducted in FSL of other states.
Home Secretary Sandeep Verma, FSL Director Hemant Purohit and other officials were also present in the meeting.
