Delhiites today witnessed a relatively clear but chilly day as winds blowing across the city swept away the haze and dropped the day temperature by three degrees Celsius from normal.
The maximum temperature was three notches below normal at 18.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum was recorded at 12.5 degrees Celsius, five degrees above normal, the Meteorological Department said.
The city experienced winds which brought the chill but blew away much of the fog that had enveloped the city for past few days, badly affecting the air and rail traffic.
