The cloudburst struck Lolipora village, 32 kms from here, resulting in the death of Sara Bano and injuring two others - Shakeela (36) and Bihishti (15), a police spokesman said.
The women were working in their fields when the cloudburst hit the area, he said, adding the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
