Bengaluru-based chain of maternity hospitals Cloudnine today opened its first specialty hospital in the state.
The setting up of its first outlet in Chennai was against the backdrop of company's expansion plans.
Cloudnine plans to open two centres in Pune, one each in Mumbai and Gurgaon soon.
"With an established presence in Bengaluru, Cloudnine is now extending its expertise across India starting with this new, state-of-the-art centre in Chennai", a release said.
