CM announces compensation to families of six drowned persons

He asked the district officers to provide the compensation to the victim's family members at the earliest.

Six devotees drowned while taking bath in a river Falgu under Makhdumpur block of Bihar's Jehanabad district on July 21.

Their bodies were fished out from the river with the help of local divers yesterday.

Those who were drowned were identified as Raju Kumar,Bablu Kumar, Ravi Kumar, Ritesh Kumar, Pawan Kumar and his brother Rohit Kumar, all residents of Durgasthan Mohalla in Nalanda district.
