CM approves 21 new courts

Twenty-one new courts will be set up in Rajasthan, with the state government today sanctioning grants for it.

Ten new ADJ courts, 4 MJM courts, 5 motor accident claim authority (courts), and two special courts for women atrocities will be set up in the state, an official spokesman said here quoting Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje.

Pali, Jodhpur, Merta, Barmer, Nagaur, Aburoad, Tizara, Nimahera, Sagwara and Bhawanim Mandi will have new ADJ courts, whereas five motor accident claim authority would be set up in Barmer, Dausa, Dholpur, Jhalwar, and Sawaimadhopur.

MJM courts would be set up in Amer, Pachpadra, Duni, and Kotkasim, and Jaipur and Kota will have new special courts (women atrocities cases).
