Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today condemned the militant attack on an army convoy here, saying such strikes would not demoralise the security forces.
Immediately after the attack in which five army men were killed, the Chief Minister spoke to the Corps Commander of 15th Corps, Lt Gen G Singh, and expressed his condolences at the loss of lives.
"Such high-profile attacks are aimed at restoring the shattered morale of militants while trying to demoralise the security forces," he said.
