Activities like trekking, skiing and camping should be made available at tourist destinations in Kashmir to attract more visitors, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti said today.
"This way, these destinations could be made round-the- year tourist attractions," she said while chairing the meetings of Sonamarg and Doodpathri Development Authorities here.
She directed the agencies concerned to broaden the ambit of tourism attraction and look beyond the scenic beauty and offer tourists a varied choice in terms of rafting, trekking, skiing, fishing and other such activities.
