Coach of Mumbai Police Kabaddi team dies of heart attack

The coach of Mumbai Police's kabaddi team today died following a heart attack at the Police Parade Ground in Naigaon here, police said.

Vitthal Salunkhe (45), a police naik, who was coach of the Mumbai Police's kabaddi team fell down on the ground at 7.00 am due to dizziness, a senior police official said.

Salunkhe, was rushed to a nearby civic hospital, where he was declared dead after medical examination, he added.

The body was handed over to his kin. Salunkhe's last rights will be performed at his native place in Kolhapur, the official said.
