Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Desh Raj alias Vicky, Raj Kumar alias Raja, Kuldip Singh and Jaspreet Singh, and seized the contraband from them, which they were planning to sell in adjoining district of Hoshiarpur.
A vehicle bearing Ludhiana registration was also seized from them, they said, adding, the accused have been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
