Cold wave conditions continued to prevail in various parts of the state, with Mount Abu recording a minimum temperature of 1 degrees Celsius, an official at the MeT Department said Tuesday.
Bhilwara recorded a low of 2.6 degrees Celsius followed by 3 degrees Celsius in Sikar, 3.4 degrees Celsius in Dabok, 4.1 degrees Celsius in Churu, 4.5 degrees Celsius each in Banasthali and Chittorgarh, he said.
Pilani recorded a minimum temperature of 4.6 degrees Celsius, 5 degrees Celsius in Eranpura road, 6.4 degrees Celsius in Bikaner, 6.8 degrees Celsius in Alwar, 7 Degrees celsius in Kota, 7.5 degrees Celsius each in Swai Madhopur and Jaipur, 7.8 degrees Celsius in Sri Ganganagar, 8 degrees Celsius in Ajmer, 8.3 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer, 9 degrees Celsius in Jodhpur and 9.5 degrees Celsius each in Barmer and Phalodi.
The maximum temperature in the state was recorded between 17.7 and 23.6 degrees Celsius.
The weather is likely to remain dry in the state till the next 24 hours, the the official added.
