Intense cold wave conditions sweeping hills and valleys of Himachal continued unabated even as minimum temperatures rose and weather remained dry in the region.
The mercury rose significantly from minus 11.5 degree to minus 6.2 degree at Keylong in tribal Lahaul and Spiti district while Kalpa in tribal Kinnaur district, Manali and Una recorded a low of minus 2.2 degree, minus 1.0 degree and zero degree.
Shimla was at 1.5 degree, Solan 2.0 degree, Palampur 3.0 degree, Bhuntar 3.2 degree, Sundernagar 3.3 degree, Dharamsala 5.8 degree and Nahan 6.4 degree C.

Una was hottest during the day with maximum temperature at 20.0 degree against 22.0 degree yesterday while Nahan, Sundernagar and Kangra recorded a high of 16.4 degree, 16.1 degree and 16.0 degree, followed by Bhuntar 15.0 degree, Dharamsala 12. 6 degree, Shimla 9.0 degree and Kalpa 7.2 degree C.
The local MeT office has predicted rains or snow at isolated places in higher hills tomorrow and dry weather in over next three days.
