Cold wave continues in Nashik, Niphad records 5 deg C

Cold wave conditions continues in Nashik city and surrounding areas with minimum temperatures plummeting to 5.6 degrees Celsius.

According to officials of the MeT department here, Kundewadi in Niphad tehsil of Nashik district today recorded the minimum temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.

They forecast that the chilly spell would continue for at least a few more days.

Meanwhile, Jalgaon and Malegaon in North Maharashtra are also gripped by cold wave and recorded a minimum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius and 10 degrees Celsius respectively.
