Keylong was coldest in the region with a low of minus 6.6 degrees, while Manali and Kalpa recorded a low of minus 1.6 and minus 1.2 degrees.
A day after intermittent snow and rains, overcast conditions prevailed, even as minimum temperatures increased marginally at some places.
Bhuntar and Sundernagar recorded minimum of 5.0 and 6.5 degrees, three degree above normal.
Kalpa district and tourist resorts of Manali, Khara Patthar, Narkanda and Dalhousie experienced another spell of moderate snowfall last night, while mid and lower hills were lashed by showers.
Manali and Kalpa received 12 and 8 mm of snowfall.
Seobahg in Kullu district received 14 mm of rains while Bhuntar recorded 11 mm, followed by Jogindernagar 9 mm, Mandi 7 mm and Sundernagar and Saloni 3 mm each.
The high altitude areas remained worst affected as freezing of dams and reservoirs due to sharp decline in temperatures affected hydro-power generation.
