The ongoing cold wave conditions persisted across Haryana and Punjab, with Narnaul reeling at 3.9 degrees Celsius today, an MeT Department report said.
Narnaul in Haryana recording a low of 3.9 degrees Celsius, was the coldest place in the two states, with minimum temperature there settling two notches below normal level.
Hisar also shivered at 5.5 degrees Celsius, one notch below normal while the minimum temperature in Ambala was 7.5 degrees Celsius, the report stated.

In Punjab, the minimum temperature at Amritsar was 4.5 degrees Celsius while Patiala registered a low of 7.9 degrees Celsius, the MeT department here said, adding Ludhiana recorded a low of 7.5 degrees Celsius.
