With severe cold conditions yet to hit the state, Bikaner experienced the coldest night with a minimum of 7 degree Celsius, a MeT official said today.
There are no new western disturbances developing, either from Capsian Sea or Mediterrarean Sea, to bring moisture to north-west Rajasthan, B N Vishnoi, the state Met Director told PTI.
It is mainly due to the global warming that winter days are still awaited in the state in December, Vishnoi said.
