Cold weather conditions continue in Pb, Haryana

Cold weather conditions continued in Punjab and Haryana with Adampur becoming the coldest place in both the states.

Adampur in Punjab's Jalandhar district recorded a low of 4.1 degrees Celsius, the MeT department said.

Amritsar, Ludhiana and Patiala experienced cold weather conditions at 6, 8.7 and 7.6 degrees Celsius respectively, up to two notches above normal.

Chandigarh, the common capital of both the states, recorded a low of 8.2 degrees Celsius.

In Haryana, Ambala recorded the minimum temperature at 7.6 degrees Celsius.

Bhiwani, Hisar, Karnal, Rohtak and Narnaul recorded a low of 6.5, 7.1, 6.5, 8.7 and 8.6 degrees Celsius respectively.
