A cold and windy day prevailed in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
The maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 23.7 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal, a Meteorological Department official said.
Relative humidity oscillated between 92 and 42 per cent.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 24 degrees Celsius and 9 degrees Celsius respectively," the MeT department said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 22.7 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 8 degrees Celsius.
