Coldplay is tripping in the desert for the band's new "Birds" video.

In the clip, the British boyband paid a visit to the massive Salvation Mountain art monument outside of Slab City, Calif, in the Southern California desert, reported Billboard.

The vibey Marcus Haney-directed clip shows the band touring the site, intercut with vintage psychedelic visual effects like kaleidoscope imagery and superimposed layering.

"Happy New Year, everyone. Here's the video for 'Birds'," the band tweeted.

"Birds" is the second music video made out of Coldplay's new album "A Head Full of Dreams" which released in December last year.
