It is the collective responsibility of all citizens to preserve the true spirit of Indian Constitution, Delhi Lt Governor Anil Baijal said on Tuesday.
The lieutenant governor was speaking at an event organised to mark Constitution Day and extended his warm greetings to all.
"It is the collective responsibility of all citizens to preserve the true spirit of Indian Constitution," Baijal was quoted as saying in a statement.
"All of us should take a vow to follow the fundamental duties of protecting and preserving unity, integrity and sovereignty of India and environment, culture and spirit of common brotherhood," he said.
