Temperatures remained within comfortable levels in the national capital today as the sun shone bright throughout the day.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 10.7 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average and 2.1 degrees less than yesterday, while the day temperature settled three notches below normal at 23.4 degrees Celsius, according to Meteorological department officials.
Misty conditions were witnessed during morning hours as the visibility had reduced to 400 metres at 8.30 AM. However, as the day progressed it significantly improved to 3,000 metres and 4,000 metres at 11.30 AM and 2.30 PM, respectively.

The MeT officials predicted clear skies for tomorrow.
"The skies will be mainly clear. There will be mist or shallow fog in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 24 and 11 degrees Celsius, respectively," according to a MeT forecast.
