The judicial commission of inquiry headed by Justice R K Patra, probing into alleged fraudulent activities of chit fund companies in Odisha, has now a gigantic task of scrutinising over 10 lakh affidavits it has received.
But what ails the panel now is that it does not have a proper database to store these affidavits for ready reference, Commission sources said.
A team of home department officials visited the office of the Commission here recently to discuss the problem and make arrangements for a proper database of these affidavits, the sources said.
