A high-power committee set up by the Rajasthan government to look into the issue of reservation to Special Backward Classes will start its work from tomorrow in Bharatpur.
State Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Arun Chaturvedi today held a meeting with the members of the committee and discussed the issue with them.
The minister said the committee will hand over its report to the government as soon as possible.
Committee Chairperson Sunil Kumar Garg, members Yogesh Atal and Rajiv Saxena were also handed over official documents related to the issue by the government, so that they can study, start their survey work and collect quantifiable data.
